Kirsty Lowry is an Artist and Education Curator, London, UK

Working predominantly with sculpture and installation I am interested in exploring and testing theories around environmental psychology. I aim to draw attention to, and manipulate, our experience and perception of space and place to consider how the environmental conditions of the spaces we build and inhabit affect mood, health, wellbeing and behaviour.

As an education specialist I work closely with other artists and designers to lead various participatory projects. These include artist-led research into audience engagement with visual arts organisations, working with multi-disciplinary teams to promote social and cultural engagement with community groups, and initiating creative projects and teachers' professional development in schools.
